Refund & Return

This return policy applies to orders shipped to the USA, UK, Australia and Canada. We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds, and reserve the right to update this policy as required to meet legal obligations.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in new condition - unworn, unused, in its original packaging and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use.

If you are unsure about sizing, please use the size chart shown on every product page, or choose our custom size option. You are also welcome to email us your measurements before your order ships at customer_support@msjacketstore.com.

Return Process

Our packages do not include a prepaid return label. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Please pack the item securely and send it with a reliable, tracked carrier.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% applies to returned items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancelled within 24 hours of purchase - full refund.
  • Cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch - 30% deduction.
  • Cancelled within 3 days of dispatch - 50% deduction.
  • Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.

I can't work out my size — can you help?
Yes. Our fitting team is happy to advise. Message us through the website chat or email customer_support@msjacketstore.com with your measurements.

How long do I have to start a return?
30 days from the delivery date.

What if the colour looks slightly different from the photos?
Colours can appear slightly different on screen depending on your display and lighting. If you have concerns, contact us and we will send you additional photographs of the actual product.

What condition does the jacket need to be in?
Tags must still be attached and the jacket must be in the same condition as delivered - no cuts, marks or stains.
