The striped rib is what dates this one, in the good sense. Collar, cuffs and hem are all knitted in alternating white and blue bands rather than a single solid colour, which is how team jackets were trimmed before the industry standardised on plain ribbing.

The body is satin in white, with blue carried through the trims and the chest graphic. White satin is a commitment — it shows everything — but it also photographs beautifully and stands out in a way navy never will.

The front closes with a snap tab buttoned placket, so the front panel stays clean and there is no zip teeth interrupting the graphic. Viscose lining runs the length of the body and keeps the satin off your shirt.
