This is the everyday one. Where the wool jackets in the range are built for weight and the satin ones for shine, the Elements Elite is cut from polyester and aimed squarely at wearing often — light enough to keep on indoors, tough enough not to worry about.

The whole body is navy, top to bottom, with the Dallas Cowboys star and lettering providing the only contrast. It is the most restrained jacket in the Cowboys line-up and the easiest to work into clothes you already own.

Polyester holds colour better than wool over repeat wear and shrugs off light rain in a way natural fibres do not. It also dries fast, which matters more than people admit for a jacket you will end up wearing to games in unpredictable weather.

Viscose lining runs inside. The front closes with a snap tab placket that sits flat under the chin, and the collar is rib knitted in matching navy.

The cuffs are rib woven rather than knitted — a slightly denser finish that holds its stretch longer at the wrist, which is usually the first part of a jacket to go loose.

Storage is two slanted waist pockets plus one inner pocket. Not as generous as the wool builds, but enough for a phone, a wallet and a set of keys.

The cut leaves room across the back and upper arms and then closes in at the waist and wrists, so nothing flaps when you move. Sizes are XS to 3XL in a unisex fit.

Machine care is easier here than on satin or wool: spot clean as needed, hang to dry, keep it out of a hot tumble dryer. Made to order with a day of production before it ships.
