The Midfield cut is the one that defined satin team jackets through the nineties: full-snap front, solid body, big chest graphic and nothing else competing with it. This is that pattern, in Dallas Cowboys navy.

The body is satin throughout with a viscose inner lining. It is light on the shoulders, which is the entire appeal — a jacket you can wear from an afternoon game through to the evening without ever wanting to take it off.

Navy blue runs uninterrupted across the body, so the star and lettering on the chest do all the work. There is no secondary colour on the panels and no contrast sleeve, which is what separates this from the wool varsity builds.

The front is a button snap closure running the full length. It fastens fast, sits flat and gives the chest graphic an unbroken surface either side of the placket.
